LOBiS

"LOBiS" - is a wired and wireless device for data readout from electricity meters via optical communication interface with protocols IEC 62056-21 and DLMS/COSEM. Copyrights of the device belongs to UAB "ELGAMA-ELEKTRONIKA". The device is designed to communicate with PC, Notebook, PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) with Windows CE and Windows Mobile OS or even mobile phones equipped with Bluetooth interface and the Java application support.
